Been forgetting to post my betting on here. Been a good month or so, some decent but not spectacular profits. But since they weren’t posted on here they don’t count foe the sake of this experiment.
So to continue here we have Fridays rugby games, the warm up for the internationals on Saturday. To be frank I was hoping for some better odds on these rugby betting tips. The odds in both the Guiness Premiership and the French Top 14 are shocking.
Thankfully the Magners League gives us 2 games which, when used as a double, should give us a decent return.
Edinburgh vs Ospreys with full teams should see the Ospreys win easily, even away in Scotland. However with 12 injuries and 7 players in the Welsh squad playing Australia on Saturday the Ospreys team is down to the bare bones… having to press gang into service Tiatia at 2nd row and some youngsters few have heard of into bench duty. they front row especially looks lightweight and their entire 8 should suffer at the hands of a powerful Edinburgh pack who have all their internationals back.
Munster vs Scarlets. Its not a full Munster team and the Scarlets are playing for the first time in their new home of Parc Y Scarlets. But emotion won’t be enough. The Munster pack, even without its internationals, showed what it could do in standing up to the might New Zealand All Blacks a week or so ago - an area the Scarlets have been very weak in. Without first choice half back pairing Martin Roberts and Stephen Jones, as well as flying winger Mark Jones who are on Wales duty I suspect that the Scarlets will lack the control needed to move the munster pack around. Munster should do this easily.
Paddy Power give odds of 1.93 on this - I’m putting £30 down as I am pretty confident on this
